What we collect
The quote form sends us whatever you type into it: your name and phone number, and, if you add them, your email address, your city, the service you chose and your description of the job.
When you call, our phone system logs the number you are calling from, when the call happened, how long it lasted and the general area your number is registered to. Calls are recorded, and a short announcement says so before the call connects. If nobody answers, any voicemail you leave is recorded too.
How we use it
Your details are used to call you back about the job and set up a time to see it. We also count calls and form requests to judge how well this site works. We never sell your information and never put you on a mailing list.
Who receives it
Your request, your call and any voicemail go to the drywall contractor who takes on the job, so they can reach you and price the work.
Three companies run the systems behind this site for us. Twilio carries the calls and stores the recordings. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form requests. Telegram delivers an alert about each new request or voicemail so we can respond quickly. None of them uses your details for its own purposes.
Analytics and cookies
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. This site sets no cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
Call records, recordings and form requests are kept for as long as they help us follow up on your job and keep accurate records. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
To find out what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call the number on this site or use the quote form and say so in your message. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
